1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • A proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, damage, or modification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards


3. Requesting a Return

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product arrived damaged)

We will review your request and provide instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

We will notify you by email when your refund is complete.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange a product, please request a return and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

with photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will resolve the issue.
