Shipping Policy

1) Processing Times
  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order / limited releases: 3–10 business days

High-volume periods or holidays may extend processing times.

2) Shipping Methods & Rates
  • Available carriers and rates are shown at checkout.

3) Estimated Transit Times
  • Domestic: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Estimates exclude processing time and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

4) Order Tracking
  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our studio/warehouse.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5) Address Changes & Order Edits
  • Requests to change address or edit an order must be made before shipment via info@loravien.com.

  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are buyer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs authority.

7) Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed, or delivery refusal, we can:

    • Reship to a corrected address (additional postage applies), or

    • Refund the order minus shipping costs after it returns to us in original condition.

8) Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
  • Damaged on arrival: Email [your-email@loravien.com] within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), contact us; we’ll open a carrier investigation.

  • Marked delivered but not received (porch theft): Check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. We’ll assist, but we are not liable for theft after delivery is confirmed.

9) Split Shipments
  • Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate parcels. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

10) Pre-Orders & Backorders
  • Estimated ship windows are provided on the product page. Dates are estimates and may shift due to production or logistics factors.

11) Shipping Restrictions
  • We currently do/do not ship to P.O. Boxes: [Specify]

12) Risk of Loss
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier’s acceptance of the shipment. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
